Orders need to be placed 3 Days in advance. A $20 or 30% deposit, whichever greater, is required to secure your order.
Some orders require more advance notification. Deposit is non-refundable. Availability is limited. Not all orders will be accepted. Rush fee may be applied for orders requested less than 3 days in advance.

Facts & Questions

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
At least 3 days in advance. Some decorations, such as fondant may need an advance notice of 2 weeks, depending on theme & style requested.
Mini cupcakes require 2 weeks prior notice.

Rush Orders
Any orders placed less than the required time may be charge an additional "rush order" fee. Final price varies with orders.

Are same day orders available?
Yes. Cupcakes are available daily at the store. For Animated cupcakes, it all depends on the design & availability of the cupcake artist.

Deposit required.
A $20 or 30% Deposit (whichever greater) is required to secure your order. Deposit is non-refundable & can be made in store.

Can I order just one single Animated cupcake?
Yes! Prices vary with request.

Delivery option.
We do not deliver.
A delivery option is available with a minimum order of $350. Delivery charges do apply. Not all orders will qualify for deliveries.
